This resort has a stunning view overlooking the beach, which is the highlight of the stay. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to poor service and a lot of inconveniences, such as check-in delays and issues with room facilities. While the location is beautiful, the journey to the hotel is challenging due to a rough approach road. Dining options are basic, leaving much to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort with breathtaking views from my room and a lovely balcony where I could unwind. The staff were kind and attentive, making my experience even better. However, getting to the resort was challenging due to a rough mud road, especially at night. The breakfast options were limited, and the noise from nearby pubs might not be ideal for families. Overall, it's a beautiful place with some minor drawbacks, but still a great experience.

The Shalai Cliff resort provides a beautiful view of Ozran beach, with rooms designed aesthetically and a restaurant that offers a delicious breakfast.
